ALABAMA BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD: ALABAMA\, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the grades of the streets and portions thereof hereinafter described are hereby fixed and established, both as to center of said streets and the curb Line or lines of same, in accordance with profile sheets prepared by Polyengineering, Inc., consulting engineers, which have been exhibited to the City Council of Prichard and are on file in the office of the City Clerk of Prichard: FIRST AVENUE: from the North edge of pavement of Highway 45 North - to the South edge of pavement of Magee Street. CLARA AVENUE: from the North edge of pavement of Highway 45 North , to the centerline of Hanes Street. RICH AVENUE: from the North edge of pavement of Highway 45 North to the South edge of pavement of Magee Street. ? RICH AVENUE: from the North edge of pavement of Magee 'Street North . to the South edge of pavement of Main Street. GRANT AVENUE: from the centerline of Viaduct Street North to the . South edge of pavement on Magee Street. BULLSHEAD ST: from the centerline of First Avenue Southeast to the . centerline of Grant Ave., then Southeast 142 feet to end.
