Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. #1678 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordiance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in.respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows: From a point on the West line of St. Stephens Road which is 664 feet southwardly from the South West intersection of St. Stephens Road and Alley No. 11 run South 53 degrees 37 minutes West 300 feet to a point; run thence South 35 degrees 00 minutes East 210 feet to a point; run thence North 52 degrees 05 minutes East 300 feet to a point .in the westerly line of St. Stephens Road; run thence North 35 degrees 00 minutes West 204 feet along the West line of St. Stephens Road to the point of beginning: being located in Range 1 West of the Owen Division of St. Louis Tract. The Classification of said property is hereby changed from Business (B-1) District to Business (B-2) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Business (3-2) District; provided, however, that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the Building Laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with the such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance #981. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon its approval as required by law. Adopted this the 15th day of March, 1988. MAYOR JOHN H.
