Martin — Police Department Chief David Hale - Fire Department Proceedings Meetings called to order at 10:00 a.m. Items for Discussion 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) Sidewalk and Landscaping Councilwoman Edwards and James Jacobs from inspection Wiscussed the Ordinance for Sidewalks and Landscaping there will be an engineer atthe next meeting February 11, 2019 to give recommendation to help with this ordance Parade Ordinance There will be a Parade Ordinance in place for the 2020 parade year consisting of 40 units at $1500.00. Noise Ordinance Councilwoman Edwards and Chief Knight discussed the Noise Ordinance. Chief Knight will have his recommendation at the next meeting February 11, 2019. Noise Instruments Councilwoman Edwards stated that noise instruments were purchased and was sent out to be calibrated and has not been seen since Grant for body cameras in Police Department Talked about getting grants for body cameras Litter Ordinance Councilwoman Edwards and Sammy Green from Environmental discussed the Litter Ordinance Ordinance 1912 To Abate Nuisance Page 2 \) A recommendation was made for the Ordinance 1912 io be amended to add the paragraph from Section 3 notice D3 to Ordinance 1912, page 3 Section 83 as sub- section D Which reads as followed: A property owner may request the demolition of a building that m irements under ordinands TOTS as 4 pubNo WUSanGs METS aso ie be vnente, The halite will be ESsets py public works, inspections, and environmental departments.
