Page 1 ORDINANCE WO. 1197 BE If ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THB CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Section four of Ordinance No. 880 is hereby amended by adding the following Sub-Section thereto: (a) The word month as used in this section stiall mean a calendar month and/or the equivalent to a Calendar Month when such is used by a tax payer for tax reporting purposes; and in the event such equivalent is used, the tax shall be paid on or before the 20th day after the end of the said equivalent tax period. SECTION 2, This ordinance shall have full force and effect upon its approval as required by lew. ADOPTED THIS 9th DAY OF APRIL, 1969.
