Page 1 ORDINANCE NO.#_ 1681 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO.#981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows: PARCEL A Lot Number 67, Tonsmeire Subdivision of Lots 23, 24, 25, 26 Range 3 West of Owen Division of St. Louis Tract, or being the same property conveyed to George H. Goleman by S. H. Blan, State Auditor, on duly 27, 1929, recorded in Deed Book 225 page 440 Probate Court Records of Mobile County, Alabama. PARCEL B Lot Number 68, Tonsmiere Subdivision of Lots 24, 25, 26, Range 3 West, of Owens Subdivision of the Saint Louis Tract in Mobile County Alabama, or being the same property conveyed to George H. Goleman by Arline Howard on June 19, 1930, recorded in Deed Book No. 226, page 329 Probate. Court Records of Mobile County, Alabama. PARCEL C Lot 69 in Block 26 of the Tonsmeire Subdivision, according to map recorded in Deed Book 122 page 601 of Mobile County Records, being the same property conveyed to George H. Goleman by Leo Malone, recorded in Deed Book 244 page 407, Probate Court Records of Mobile County, Alabama. The Classification of said property is hereby changed from Residential (R-3) District to Business (B-2) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Business (B-2) District; provided, however, that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the Building Laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance #981.
