Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. L154 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THER CITY OF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL oF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, 4S FOLLOWS : Section 1. That.the Zoning Ordinance of the Citv of Prichard, being Ordinance Noe 981 together with the Zoning map of the Citv of Prichard, be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain \ property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows, : to-wit: The West half (1/2) of Lot Five (5), Range One (1), of the Owens Division of the St. Louis Tract, being all of said Lot Five (5) lying West of Friend's Subdivision of the East half: (1/2) of said Lot Five (5), as recorded in Deed Book 147, at page 51, of the records of the Judge of Probate of Mobile County, Alabam. . The classification of said property is hereby changed from Residential _ (R-3) District to Residential (R-4.) District and it shall hereafter be ~ S lawful to construct on such property any structure permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Residential (R-} District; provided, however that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the pbuilding laws of the tity of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance No. 98le —— Section 2.
