Page 1 oapinance no. //4/ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABANA, 4S FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard,. being Ordinance No. 981 together with the Zoning Map of the City - of Prichard, be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the N.W. corner of the N.E. quarter of Section 25, T3S, Rew, thence $-89 degrees 42! Bast along the North line of the said N.E. quarter; a distance of. 1234.93'; thence South 13 degrees OO'-West a distance of 360.88'; thence North - 89 degrees 42' West and parallel with North line of said Section 25, a distance of 1162.36! to a point on the East right-of-way line of Everett Road; thence Northwardly and along the East right-of-way line of said road a distance of 377.1' more or less to the point of intersection with the North line of the N.W. quarter of said Section 25, thence S-89 degrees 42! East and along the North line of the said N.W. quarter of Section 25, a distance of 116.36 to the point of beginning. © Containing 10.0 acres. ‘ The classification of said property is hereby changed from Residential’ (R-1) District to Residential (R-+) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by Ordinance No. 981, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, and to use said premises for any use permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Residential (R-4) District, provided, however that the plans for any structure or puilding sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the building laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compligtice with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordizance No. 981, with the following restrictions: - (1) There will be no entrance or exit off Everett Road; (2) ° Entrance will be from Highway 45; (3) A fence will be erected petween rezoned area and Everett Road and between this property and adjacent to property fronting Lott Road; (4) Rest Home will be erected in one structure and no apartments will be constructed; (5) The Rest Home will be located a minimum of one hundred - fifty (150) feet East of the power line; (6) The property line for rezoning will be the East line of the power line right of way.
