Page 1 ORDINANCE No. /2 Ly BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 959, of the City of Prichard as amended by Ordinances Nos. 962 and 974 is further amended by the addition of Section 10 as follows: Section 10. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Ordinance, where labor or materials under permits required hereunder are to be furnished on land exempt from taxation under the provi- sions of Article 2 of Chapter 5, Code of Alabama, Recompiled 1958, or on land within the police jurisdiction of the City of Prichard, the fees for such permits shall be one-half (43) the sum otherwise provided for hereunder.
