Page 1 ‘ORDINANCE NO.: 2001 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE No. ADOPTING THE 2012-20123 GENERAL FUND BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, that the General Fund Budget of the City of Prichard, Alabama for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 is hereby amended to read, as follows: 1. That the amount appropriated in Line Item 101-868-60-15, Board of Health, is hereby increased by the sum of $11,000.00 such that the total amount now appropriated in said line item is $23,000.00. That the amount appropriated in Line Item 101-868-60-40, Mobile County Personnel Board, is hereby increased by the sum of $10,000.00 such that the total amount now appropriated in said line item is $22,000.00. That the amount appropriated in Line Item 101-868-60-70, South Alabama Regional Planning Commission, is hereby increased by $7,500.00 such that the total amount now appropriated in said Line Item is $19,500.00. That the amount appropriated in Line Item 101-868-68-90, EMA Mobile County, is hereby increased by $25,000.00 such that the total amount now appropriated in said line item is $37,000.00. That the amount appropriated in Line Item 101-869-69-07, Bankruptcy Expense-Vendor Payments, is hereby increased by $50,000.00 such that the total amount now appropriated in said line item is $50,000.00. That the amount appropriated in Line Item 101-869-69-01, Budget Reserve, is hereby decreased by $103,500.00 such that the total amount remaining un-appropriated in said line item is $109,500.00. That all other line items not affected by this ordinance shall be and will remain the same. That, by his signature below, Rex Williams, Finance Director, certifies that there is a sufficient and unencumbered balance in Line Item 101-869-69-01, Budget Reserve, to meet the appropriations contained in this amendment.
