AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE #1194
ADOPTED APRIL 15% , 1969.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD,
ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Ordinance #1194 of the City of Prichard, adopted
April 1969, be and hereby is repealed,
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon its adoption and publication as provided by law.
ADOPTED this lstday of May, 1969.
