That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard being Ordinance Ko. $81 together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows, to-wit: & lot or parcel of land bounded by a line déscribed as follows it; commencing at the Southeastward corner of Parcel 12 of the Engine Street Urban Renewal Project Ala. R-56 Prichard Alabama, according to the revised plan thereof prepared by Poly- Engineering, Consulting Engineers, Dated March 26, 1968, and re- corded in Map Book 18, Pages 53-4 and 53-B of the Reéords in the office of the Judge of the Probate Court of Mobile County, Ala- bama, run thence North 55 degrees 06 minutes 15 seconds West and along the southward right of way line of Wisconsin Street (Sometimes known as McCrory Street) 2 distance of 324.43 feet; thence run South 34 degrees 53 minutes 45 seconds West 25 feet to the point of beginning of the property herein described; thence continue South 34 Gegrees 53 minutes 45 seconds West 25 feet; thence run North 55 degrees 06 minutes 15 seconds West 25 feet; thence run Worth 34 degrees 53 minutes 45 seconds Fast 25 feet; thence run South 55 degrees 06 minutes 15 seconds Bast 25 feet to the point of beginning. BE If ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS : SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard being Ordinance No. 981 together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follow to-wit: Parcels Yel and ‘5-A~1 of the Wilson Avenue Plaza Urban Renewal Area as shown on the Disposal Plat thereof to be recorded in Probate Court, Mobile County, Alabama. The Classification of said property is hereby changed from Commercial (B-2) District to Commercial (B-4) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures per- mitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Commercial (B-4+) District, provided, however that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the building laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance No. 981.
