Page 1 Cy gms, ORDINANCE # 1615 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Traffic Violations for Municipal Courts will be increased as follows: $1.50 Driver Education Trust Fund. Special Costs, Section 32-5-313 Code of Alabama, 1975, to be collected in addition to any other costs of court, Traffic Violations Tax or Peace Officers Annuity Tax. SECTION 2. That the Traffic Violations for Municipal Court will be in- creased as follows: $2.00, Crime Victims Compensation Fund, Act No. 84-658, effective May 31, 1984, to be collected in addition to any other costs of Court, Traffic Violations Tax, or Peace Officers Annuity Tax. SECTION 3. That the Non-Traffic Violations for Municipal Court is hereby set at $10.00 for Crime Violations: Compensation Fund, Act No. 84-658, effective May 31, 1984, to be collected In addition to any other costs of Court, Traffic Viola+ tions Tax, or Peace Officers Annuity Tax. SECTION 4. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict are hereby repealed. SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon its approval as required by law.
