That Sanitary Sewers be constructed thru Block 2 of the Prica Tract from Whistler Avenue to Wilson Avenue, and along the west edge of Wilson Avenue abutting Lots” “LL and 12 of said Block. - 2. That in the construction of said Sawer's, all. necessary connections, vyes, manholes and other appubbenances be constructed, all as shown by the plans for said sewers, which have been, presented to, the Couneil and which are hereby approved. 3. That the said sewers be constructed of vitrified clay pipes with pituminious joints and that manholes be constructed of brick, concrete and cast ifofte 1, That the cost of constructing the improvements authorized by this Ordinance shall be assessed and levied upon and against all lots or parcels of land abutting said sewers, provided no assessment shall exceed the cost of the improvement nor the increased value of such property by reason of the special benefit. derived from such improvement, 5, That the estimated cost to be assessed against the abutting propert} aforesaid is $125,00 per connection. 6, That the plans, profige, specifications and cost estimate as prepared by E. J, Ladd, City Engineer, are on file in the office of the City Clerk and open to inspection py’ the publics, Page 2 7. That the Council of the City of Prichard together with the Mayor will meet at the City Hall on Monday the 17th day of November, 1952 at 6:15 P. M. C. S. T, to hear aly objections, remonstrances or protests that may be made against said improvements, the manner of making the same, the character of materials to be used, or the method provided for the payment thereof, 8, That the City Clerk of the City of Prichard is hereby authorized “and directed to have this Ordinance published in the Prichard Citizen, a weekly newspaper published in said City and in general circulation therein for two consecutive weeks, and she shall also give notice to each known owner by registered mail whose property is effected by said improvement, as the lew provides in such cases.
