AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That sub-section (b) of Section 1 of the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Prichard being Ordinance No. 720, be and hereby is
amended by thé addition of the following paragraph at the end thereof:
(37). That Part of Lot 13: and. 14; Block 1, Wilson's 8th
Addition having 100 ‘feet ffontage on Holmes Street and 90 feet in
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its
passage and publication as proveded by law.
