Page 1 ORDINANCE 71548 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE #1245, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE #71313 AND ORDINANCE #1515, IHPGSING A CITY SALES TAX. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That Ordinance #1245 as amended by Ordinance #1313, Ordinance #1515, imposing a City Sales Tax in the City of Prichard, Alabama, be, and is, hereby amended so that said Sales Tax shail be, and is, increased from 23% to 3%.
