Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. judo-A AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 16 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1640, PROVIDING CHARGES FOR THE CONFINEMENT AND CARING OF ANIMALS WITHIN THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA WHEREAS, the governing body for the City of Prichard, Alabama now desires to Amend Section 16 of Ordinance No. 1640 relating to charges for confinement and caring of animals in the City of Prichard, Alabama, NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOW: SECTION ONE. That Section Sixteen (16) of Ordinance No. 1640 is hereby amended to read, as follows: . “SECTION 16. CHARGES FOR CONFINEMENT AND CARING. The City of Prichard shall be entitled to and shall receive: (a) Animals Picked-up by an Animal Control Officer in the Field. (1) Pick-up OWNED Animals (two months of age or older) $ 75.00 ® Each additional animal (same location) $ 30.00 (2) Pick-up of litter of 5 (under two months of age, with or without the mother) $100.00 e Each additional animal (same location) $30.00 (3) Pic-up of single dog/cat $ 50.00 (4) Euthanasia of animal $200.00 (5) Disposal of animal $ $ 50.00 (b) Animals Brought into the Office by the Public (1) Drop-off per Animal (two months of age or older) $75.00 * Each additional animal (same location) $25.00 (2) Drop off, litter of 5 (under two months of age, with or without the mother $75.00 ¢ Each Additional Animal (same location) $25.00 (c) Reclaim Your Animal 1 Offense 2° Offense 3"!
