Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. _1288 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 454 RELATING TO MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOL CHARGES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: Section A. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 454 is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1, There shall be charged and collected from each person sixteen years of age and over who shall make use of the Municipal Swimming Pool the sum of fifty (50) cents for each time such person shall use such swimming pool; and there shall be charged and collected from each person under the age of sixteen years who shall make use of the Municipal Swimming Pool the sum of twenty-five (25) cents for each time such person shall use such swimming pool. Section B. This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon its approval as required by law.
